Bible Question:
Hi good day to you. Today I came across when Jesus said make each thought captive to him. Meaning that we refuse to allow other peoples approval and disapproval of the things of Christ to cloud our judgement and such? Basically don't let otthers discourage you from the truth or what's right? Thank you all.. |
Bible Answer: God's day yo you, NightJay0044, Jesus didn't say this, Pual wrote it in 2 Corinthians 10 ... verse 5. The context is the battle we have against the flesh and outward things. Yes, others will try for us to do something wrong - fleshly, so we must look inwardly, to our thoughts and let Him rule. Searcher |
