AMPLIFIED 2015 | 1 Corinthians 2:4 And my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom [using clever rhetoric], but [they were delivered] in demonstration of the [Holy] Spirit [operating through me] and of [His] power [stirring the minds of the listeners and persuading them], |
Bible Question: Are there any simple methods of convincing an athiest or agnostic in a 12 step program of the existance of a higher power and then eventually the fact that it is God? |
Bible Answer: 1 Cor 2:4 and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, After I asked God to help me grow up in my faith and believe God's promises I saw God manifest His power. People who were formerly questioning whether God exists begin to believe when I tell them how God healed my eyesight. I went from always seeing blurry to seeing better than 20/20 while worshipping in service. Hope this helps, Todd |
