Bible Question: Which one is the correct way of baptism?some say pass under a flag, some say lets springle you, some baptise seven times, some three times, some once. Here are some of the scriptures that talks about baptism,Acts 2vs37-40,Acts 19vs1-6,Matthew 28vs19-20,colossians 3vs17.Matthew 3vs3-17,Mark 1-4,Acts 8vs14-17. |
Bible Answer: Hello Muparidzi, I've been both sprinkled as an infant and immersed as an adult! IMO it's not so much "which way is correct". The most important baptism is the one that unites you to Christ- Spiritual baptism (Rom. 6:3, Col. 3:17): "For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit."
