Bible Note: Good Afternoon SirPent You said 'Paul then says in this verse that this “sickness” is a God’s way of disciplining those people.' I do not understand what you mean. vv 29-30 explain why many are weak and sickly and why many sleep. Are you saying God punishes those that eat and drink unworthy with sickness?
