AMPLIFIED 2015 | Romans 8:26 ¶ In the same way the Spirit [comes to us and] helps us in our weakness. We do not know what prayer to offer or how to offer it as we should, but the Spirit Himself [knows our need and at the right time] intercedes on our behalf with sighs and groanings too deep for words. |
Bible Question: What happens when we pray? Are we speaking with God as Abraham did when he plead for Sodom (Genesis 18:16-33)? |
Bible Answer: Dear Cookboy, Rom 8:26 .... for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; Rom 8:27 and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. Rom 8:28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Shalom Azure |
