AMPLIFIED 2015 | Romans 8:26 ¶ In the same way the Spirit [comes to us and] helps us in our weakness. We do not know what prayer to offer or how to offer it as we should, but the Spirit Himself [knows our need and at the right time] intercedes on our behalf with sighs and groanings too deep for words. |
Subject: do u ask for the holy ghost? |
Bible Note: Johnny: I mean no disrespect to you in anyway, however, the King James Version is not perfrect. No version is perfect, but just because the KingJames translators used the 1558 version as a sourse, does not make the word Ghost correct. That is one reason the New American Standard Bible is so much more accurate. Every place you see Ghost in the KJV the NASB uses the correct translation Spitit. I hope you will not take my word for this but ask a greek schollar if this is not correct. Again I say this with deep respect and a desire to establish what the correct word is. agape, justme |
