Bible Question: Well, this is a few questions which has been on my mind. Is sex before marridge an actual sin in itself? or is it to uphold the christian image? and if so, shouldn't we not uphold this image because by doing so aren't we expecting and allowing others to judge one another? |
Bible Answer: Greetings Polarbear, Until you are married it is covetousness, lusting after something that does not belong to you. Rom 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. It is to uphold our witness before God. People will judge you no matter what you do. Our judge is the Almighty Father, Creater of the Universe, and He will judge all in His day. terrib |
