Bible Question: In the thirteen epistles of Paul he always has a standard greetings for the GOD the FATHER and Jesus Christ why has there bee no mention of the Holy Spirit in the greetings ( Rom1:7, 1Cor1:3, 2Cor1:, Gal1:3, Eph1:2, Phil1:2,Col 1:2 , 1Thess1:2, 2Thess1:2, 1Tim 1:2, 2Tim1:2, Titus1:4, Phile:3 |
Bible Answer: Why would Paul say hello from someone who resides in you? Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead DWELL IN YOU (Emphisis mine), he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that DWELLETH ("eth" means it is a continuing thing asis) in you. [KJV] He says that the Holy Spirit dwells in you. You should say hello everyday when you wake up. Good morning Holy Spirit let's go out there and do God's will today. Fill me up and let's go. |
