NASB	Romans 1:7 ¶ to all who are beloved of God in Rome, called as saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
AMPLIFIED 2015	Romans 1:7 ¶ [I am writing] to all who are beloved of God in Rome, called to be saints (God's people) and set apart for a sanctified life, [that is, set apart for God and His purpose]: Grace to you and peace [inner calm and spiritual well-being] from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

b) To whom does the word "saints" refer in the NT?

Bible Answer: a) Saint(s) means most holy thing. It is hagios in the Greek. One who is holy is set apart.

b) All Chrisitans are saints, even those who are living. Romans 1:7 is one verse that supports this.
