Bible Question:
Was does this verse mean? -When God does this, are they living, yet have no hope of becoming saved? How does verse 26a, "For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions," fit in with this? What is God doing? What can we do so God does not act this way? |
Bible Answer: Basically, God is withdrawing any restraint on these indivuduals so that they throw themselves into the basest forms of sin--letting them go where they desire most to go. The only way to prevent God from doing this would be to bring those lost ones to Christ. But if they are at this stage, I doubt they would want to come. Steve |
