Bible Question: In the seconed 2 thousands years they were under law. In the third 2 thousand years we are under grace. So my question is. In the first 2 thousand years what were they under?. Didn't have law, and they didn't have grace. So what did they have to bring them to God. How did they know right from wrong. |
Bible Answer: God's day to you, WOTW, You are presuming that Adam was created about 4000 BC. The Law was given around 2000 BC. That is interesting. Bishop Usher says creation was in 6006 BC. There are at least two dates of the Exodus (1450 BC (early) and 1250 BC (late)), tho I have read 2450 BC also. Therefore, 2000-2000-2000 doesn't make sense. Nonetheless, there were laws given by God before they were written, starting with Genesis 2:16-17. So I contend Adam was under law. Searcher |
