AMPLIFIED 2015	Acts 26:28 Then Agrippa said to Paul, "In a short time [and with so little effort] you [almost] persuade me to become a Christian."

Subject: Distinction between Christian/disciple?

I have to agree with you.

Does the NT make a distinction between Christians and disciples of Christ?

This Scripture comes to mind:

And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. Ac 11:26

"...the disciples were called Christians..." In this verse Christians is apparently a synonym of disciples.

It doesn't say in this verse that some disciples were called Christians and others weren't. It simply says "...the disciples were called Christians...". So it seems to me that the Scripture here uses the two terms interchangeably.
