Bible Question: I am doing a study on the temple and looking for any information on the court of Israel/Men and not finding much. Any suggestions? |
Bible Answer: God's day to you, Jmom, The Court of Israel aka Men is one of the courts of the Temple of Herod, the third Temple. There were four Courts ... Court of the Gentiles, was outermost then Court of Women, then Court of Men and finally the Court of the Priests. Acts 21:28-29 is about brining a Gentile to the Court of Men. Three sources that you may want to look at. http://www.thenagain.info/Webchron/MiddleEast/HerodTemple.html http://www.bible-history.com/jewishtemple/index.html http://www.jewishencyclopedia.com/ Search for Temple of Herod Searcher |
