AMPLIFIED 2015 | Acts 10:4 Cornelius was frightened and stared intently at him and said, "What is it, lord (sir)?" And the angel said to him, "Your prayers and gifts of charity have ascended as a memorial offering before God [an offering made in remembrance of His past blessings]. |

Acts 10:13-14 "And he reported to us how he had seen the angel standing in his house, and saying, ‘Send to Joppa and have Simon, who is also called Peter, brought here; and he will speak words to you by which you will be saved, you and all your household.’ Plus, I remember this verse as well ... Romans 10:13 "Whoever calls on the name of the LORD will be saved" ... look at the context of the verse and I think it is prayer.
