Bible Note: Scripture ... Matt 10:3; Mark 3:18; Luke 6:14; John 1:45-49, 21:2 ... Nathanael (Synoptics) and Bartholomew (John and Acts) are thought to be the same person. In the Synoptics he is linked with Philip, who found him (John 1:45-49). Interesting of the name change in Acts, since Luke wrote Acts, as well as Luke ... plus who he is linked with. |
