AMPLIFIED 2015 | John 20:7 and the [burial] face-cloth which had been on Jesus' head, not lying with the [other] linen wrappings, but rolled up in a place by itself. |
Bible Question: What is the signifigance of the napkin being set apart from the linens and that it was rolled up or folded? Is there a clue to it ? |
Bible Answer: Ollienorma4 I agree with Prayon's answer but there is another thing the cloth lying separately shows. That Jesus rose physically not just spiritually filtering up through the grave clothes as some cults teach. The fact the clothes was moves proves there was physical activity within the tomb connected to Jesus’ resurrection. EdB |
