Bible Note: BradK: In Central Missouri the Lemstone Christian Bookstore has about 30 that remain on the shelves, and for about a little less than a year. I do like when the TNIV uses Brothers and Sisters in place of Brethern. However there are over 3,600 tines when the word which is masculin they have changed it to neutral. Examples are Gen. 1:23 and Psalm 1:1. Those are the verses you can take a quick glance and get a pretty good idea if it's a agenda version, at least for me anyway. Interesting to me is that I bought an ESV yesterday. I have read some of my fovorite passages and Psalm 139 is one of them. The ESV has made some verses so wordy it almost gets so detailes it looses me in the point they were making. I guess I am still a NASB user and will proberly stick wit the NASB as my primary Bible. Thanks for your response, and blessings to you. justme |
