Question (full): I have been thinking of Exodus 3 and the name YHWH, and about God saying "I am who I am". Moses was wondering if he would have to tell the people just "who it was that sent him". So this verse and others in the gospel of John came to my mind, and I wonder if we need to be told the Name or whether "it", (being shown the Father), is enough for us. From the heart, Ray John 14:7,8, "If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him. 8 Philip said to Him, "Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us." |
