Bible Note: Hi Kalos, These things that you are considering are very interesting. I just wanted to say that for the John 11:33 reference, I have agreed in the past with the l963 NASB where it read "troubled Himself". That would be a literal Greek reading, but one that allows for a spirit that can be moved or troubled; and also allows for the Person to be involved. John 11:33, "When Jesus/ therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her, also weeping, He was deeply moved in spirit, and troubled Himself." John 13:21, "When Jesus/ had said this, He became troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, "Truly, truly, I say to you, that one of you will betray Me."
