AMPLIFIED 2015 | Mark 9:43 "If your hand causes you to stumble and sin, cut it off [that is, remove yourself from the source of temptation]! It is better for you to enter life crippled, than to have two hands and go into hell, into the unquenchable fire, |
Bible Question: Thanks but I would believe that we go to hell if we've sinned. But that statement seemed to cover everything- eventhough you have been doing good all your life be it a muslim, Buddhist or aethist but if you are not a Christian, hell you go. Will this not cause a stir to non christians. I have many non christian friends who were told this and they responded negatively. How would you undo such thoughts? |
Bible Answer: It's difficult to undo bad feelings or harsh statements to friends. That's why we have to be careful and dispense true Godliness in accordance with His Word. Go slow and tread carefully. Now I say this but I have difficulty practicing it. So be prepared to apologize a lot if you really want to maximize your chances with these folks. God bless. --Rowdy |
