Bible Question (short): Revelations 22:18-19? Unforgivable?

Question (full): Blasphamy against the Holy Spirit is the only unforgiveable sin, but at the end of Revelations 22:18-19 it says, "...if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life...."(NIV) Obviously, that means you go to hell, right? I know that there is the arguement that any one who would do that is not really a Christian, but what if they were weak Christians and something happens in their life that makes them so mad at God, that they intentionally change words in the bible to get others to not believe, as a way of "getting even" with God? Is this actually Blasphamy against the Holy Spirit? I know these are crazy sounding questions, but I get asked these questions and I cant answer them without doubt.
