Bible Question: I need some bible verses to read to help me better myself. I pray for my children, husban, family members and etc... all the time. It time I start to pray for my self. But I do not really know how. Can you help me?

Bible Answer: These prayers may help you get started. As they are what Paul prayed for the ephesians. You can pray for yourself to have this!

Ephesians 1:16-20

Father give me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you! The eyes of my understanding be enlightened, that I may know the hope of your calling and the riches of your glory of what your inheritance is for me. Show me the exceeding greatness of your power to me, AS I BELIVE IN YOU! May it be according to the works of your Mighty Power.

Ephesians 3:14-19 pray

I Bow to you Father of my lord Jesus Christ, By whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named. That Christ would grant me to be strengthened with might by his spirit in my inner man. That Christ will dwell in my heart by faith. Let the measure of faith grow in me each day of my walk with Christ my lord. As I desire to be rooted and grounded in love that I may know the breath, length, depth and height of the knowledge of the love of Christ which is pass all human understanding, that I might be filled with the fullness of God.
