Bible Question: Hello all,

The Sabbath is the day of rest, but Jesus did works on the Sabbath.
My question is are there works we are allowed to do on the Sabbath?
What exaclty are works?
Is studying the Bible considered works?
As I do value all your opinions, please provide scripture to back up answers?

Bible Answer: All good things you can do in sabbath.

Here are the few verses that I can back up my answer:

Mt 12:1 they went to corn fields

Mr 1:21 Jesus taught in the day of Sabbath.

Mr. 3:4 Which is lawful to do good or do evil in the day of sabbath?

Also Jesus Chris heal sick people in the day of sabbath. In our time healing is more applicable, in the hospital if the doctors will not attend to patient on Sundays (Sabbath) there are too many lives will be in danger.
