I pray about the samething every night. I got tired and bored with my own praying content. Does GOD get bored with my prayer? |
Bible Answer: Scripture ... Matt 6:9-13 is the Pattern Prayer. Carats5, The answers given so far a good. Nolan's point of coming from the heart is impomortant. When we pray, most spend too little time hallowing God's name (by understanding what His names and attributes are), letting Him know how you plan to do His will, as He is your King. When I focus on Him -- I never get bored. Do do pray a list of things. But, if you notice this prayer all that is asked for is for bread. There are other examples where we do ask. We do need to balance how often we ask as Steve has pointed out. Have a prayer journal. Record how He answers your prayer.
