Bible Question (short): What does the Lord's prayer mean when it |
Question (full): As a new christian, I am hoping that my question does not seem "stupid". The Lord's prayer says, "And do not lead us into temptation" (Matt 6:13) I thought that Satan was the one who leads us into temptation and perhaps God "allows" it as a testing of our faith. Can anyone here help me to understand this better or point out in what way this is meant to be understood if I have interpreted it incorrectly? Appreciate your help. His grace child, Toni |
