Bible Question: I am beginning to see myself for who and/or what I am. How is it that I am expected to be perfect? |
Bible Answer: Your not. You are hidden in Christ, who became our righteousness. Read Romans, the whole book. It shows the He became a curse for us that we might become the righteousness of God IN CHRIST. If you are in Christ then Christ, living inside of you has hidden you in His precious blood and God only sees the righteousness of Christ in you. But as you read, speak to every circumstance, meditate on the word of God, your mind will be washed and you will be transformed by the renewing of your mind and achieve the mind of Christ. Note: Be careful what you say. Two in aggrement...Say something negative and Satan will agree with you in a New York second, the book didn't say what two. Only speak things that God would agree with. What did Paul say? I live nevertheless, not I but Christ who lives in me. Relax, and rest on Jesus to be perfect, constantly praying, seeking, reading, meditating, intervening for others, uplifting, edifying. That should keep you off the streets and out of trouble. :-D |
