Bible Question (short): The true Gospel Jesus proclaimed |
Question (full): Dear fellow Christians, When we see the four books of Gospel, the good news of the Kingdom of Heaven (or Kingdom of God) Jesus Messiah proclaimed emphasizes not only believing in Jesus but “mainly” the obedience to God’s Word. The modern Protestant church is stuck to justification by faith but ignores sanctification not necessarily theoretically but practically. This tradition produces more nominal Christians, hindering growth in true religion. We hear but do not practice or obey God’s Word. Do you agree with me that the Gospel Jesus preached was to urge us to live a life obeying God’s Word rather than to merely accept Jesus as the Savior? |
