Bible Question: where the disciples always commited in following the lord and if they did not follow the lord or do an assignment does that make them not commited to what they set out to with the lord. Is there a scripture that illustrate that you can be commited to doing something but not have it ready to present it does that make you not commited. |
Bible Answer: Oh my goodness What comes to mind is when Peter forsook the Lord at the cross. Three times he denied knowing Him. But we all know how committed Peter was to the Lord. God loves us and keeps us. He takes our deep wish of the heart to be committed, and then works with us so that we are able to turn areas of our life over to Him, bit by bit, this has been my experience. I hope that helps.
