Bible Question: IF A PERSON HAS NEVER RECEIVED AND ACCEPTED JESUS CHRIST BECAUSE THEY LIVE IN A SOCIETY SUCH AS A JUNGLE OR ISLAND WHERE CHRIST WAS NOT KNOWN, BECAUSE A PERSON CAN NOT GET TO THE FATHER UNLESS THEY GO THROUGH THE SON, BECAUSE OF THIS IGNORANCE, WHEN THEY DIE IS THERE ANY HOPE FOR THEIR SALVATION? |
Bible Answer: Ah, a question every serious Christian asks him/herself. I don't think the Bible specifically addresses this question, but Paul answers how Gentiles -Heathens- will be judged, in Romans 2:14-16. They may not have God's law, he says, but they have a conscience. I definitely advise taking a look at Romans 2. Also, in Matthew 24:14, Jesus makes a statement that some interpret as saying, The end won't come until everyone has had a chance to hear the Gospel of Christ. -Check it out. Hope this helps!
