Subject: Are mortals altogether ignorant? |
Bible Note: Romans 1 goes further then to say that the Knowledge of God is observable in creation. It is also 'manifiest' in all men, so that they are without excues. Romans 2 goes on to say 14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: 15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;) Even without a Law they had a conscience in them convitcting them to do good. Ephesians 2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. It is by the desires of the lust of the flesh that humans continue in sin. James 4 17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
