Bible Question: Where in the bible does it talk about a man and a woman living together when they are not married (where I'm from they call it shacking up)?

Bible Answer: Hi and God bless you. I don't know if this is any help at all. But let's look at the reason why a man may live with a woman. The reason I feel you are talking about is if they are in a relationship. I have a friend at church and she lives with her sister and two other christian guys. Because I know they all don't like each other in a boy friend girl manner, but hey I not God and only He knows the heart. It seems cool to me. But when you have feelings for someone, thats when it can get a little dangerous.
Let's have a look a Adam and Eve the first married couple. Genesis 2:24 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.
From my understanding the bible is saying that you would be living with your parents and only when you marry do you live together on you own.
