Bible Note: Hello Steve! This was another passage that left me shaking my head.. :-) Just what does this mean? You have a good answer here, and at least one of my sources agrees. Well, I looked it up in the MacArthur Study Bible, and it says, "Apparently these sorceresses employed all these things in their divinations, hunting down souls for their advantage (v. 20)."
