NASB	Jeremiah 33:3 'Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.'
AMPLIFIED 2015	Jeremiah 33:3 'Call to Me and I will answer you, and tell you [and even show you] great and mighty things, [things which have been confined and hidden], which you do not know and understand and cannot distinguish.'

Bible Question: Kindly explain the significance of this verse whiel praying

Bible Answer: Jer 33:3
Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

To me this is saying much the same thing John says in the New Testament:

John 15:7
If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

I believe the key is that you ask with faith that it will be heard and answered. James also says:
James 1:6
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

It all comes back to the person praying being committed to Jesus; recognizing that he kneels before the King of the universe, and yet is heard.
