Bible Note: Hi always4him, Welcome to the forum. I am tempted to ask for information about your background so that I know where you are coming from here. I appreciate your post and sense your committment to Christ. My question to you is one concerning the Presence. Is the presence a thing that sustains you and that you pour out to others? What is the source of your sustenance? Is our awesome God your Source and Presence? Please don't be defensive here, for I am asking as one who is interested somewhat :) in capitalization of Deity. I am interested in asking someone with a charismatic background what the Presence is to them. Do they feel that they are filled with holy spirit or with Holy Spirit? Are you interested in a word study of "Presence"? Of course if we do enter into one we would have to be careful of what We capitalize. If interested, perhaps a comparison of Exodus 33:14 in the NASB and NKJ versions would be a good start. From the heart, Ray |
