Bible Note: Hi Karen, We are very lowly, and He is very great! (understatements both!) A few kinds of Autism run in my family, I have come to the conclusion that I may have a bit myself. (I can hear the collective gasp "No wonder!" oh well...) I also tend to see things very black and white. This means also that I almost automatically take the Bible flat out literally (within context and literary device, of course), and there has to be a very good textual reason for me to do otherwise. I simply read it, and believe what it says. So what is a curse to some is a blessing to me, and to you, and, as Doc has just posted, all that are the called of God. I have included my email address on my personal profile, feel free to contact me anytime. Also, please feel free to tell us something about yourself in your profile, if you wish to. I love Isaiah 42 as it expresses how gentle our Lord is with us who are so small and weak, how mighty He is to perform His great work, and his great righteousness with which He will both judge the wicked, and raise us up. God bless you! Love in Christ, Mark |
