Bible Question:
Hi all, Our group is currently studying 1Tim, last night we looked at Chapters 5. Whilst discussing the section of looking after family and relatives, I was prompted to think about another reference which today, I cannot not find even after using search engines; Is there a reference or verse in the New Testament to the following, (the words are something along the line of): "...If you need something do not ask your brother, instead ask a stranger.." I am sure this is in the NT somewhere. Any help appreciated |
Bible Answer: And do not go to your brother's house in the day of your calamity; Better is a neighbor who is near than a brother far away. Proverbs 27:10b NASB |
