"Bright eyes gladden the heart," is related to verse 13 "A joyful heart makes a cheerful face, but when the heart is sad, the spirit is broken" ... So it goes both ways. I think you can tl someone is really happy, in their eyes, because of their heart is right "Good news puts fat on the bones," is related to 16:24, "Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." ...
