Subject: Where are muslims in the Bible? |
Bible Note: Hmm, well, the Bible only mentioned the ancestry, not the religion. Not all of Ishmael's descendants are Muslims, so it isn't that Muslims came from Ishmael. It's just that majority of Ishmael's descendants (I don't know about this, but it's what a lotta people I know and on this discussion say) became Muslim after 600AD (as mentioned by others here). Hence, mincc asked where in the Bible is the history and origin of Islam is in the Bible. In answer to that, there is no place in the Bible which does so. More like it showed more clearly how a door could be opened for it to happen (founding of Islam in 600AD), and it could be called a hint. Still, it only hinted about the ancestry, not about the religion of Islam itself. So I guess Hank was right, IMHO. |
