Bible Answer: Hi, gincat... Welcome to the forum! There is no "Davis" mentioned in Scripture. The 39th psalm was written by David. Given that the first person singular pronoun begins the Psalm, and is not otherwise qualified, we may safely assume that it is the psalmist refering to himself.
