AMPLIFIED 2015 | Psalm 23:4 ¶ Even though I walk through the [sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort and console me. |
Bible Question: Concerning the Valley of the Shadow of death, I am lead to believe this is a place where all of God's Children visit in order that things in our lives that are not of God should die, so that there may be a change in our lives (bringing about more of the character of God in us) which is why we should not fear any evil (anything thought, or emotion that is not of God), for in these times as well as good times (always) he is with us therefore shall comfort us. Does anyone agree with me or have another point of view? |
