Bible Note: mommapbs, I will make one final note concerning this matter. You continue to question my motive. Did I not explain my motive in my last post? I believe my explanation was in paragraph 2. If this does not satisfy you, I am sorry. Perhaps I was incorrect in thinking that you would know the scriptural passages concerning this matter. "Them that sin rebuke before all." If you can not see the sin that was perpetrate, again I am sorry. In calling it like it was, was Christs "name calling" honoring or edifying? Truth is not always pretty, but YES, IT IS HONORING AND EDIFYING... Perhaps the Pharisees and hypocrites would have first asked your question. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous, And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? Mat 23:27-33 John was beheaded because he didn't confine himself to abstract abstract teaching. mommapbs, I am truly sorry that you see the authority of scripture as "self-justification" in this matter. You join the others in judging me now. I judge all things, yet I myself am judged of no man. I am not yet perfect, but I am Glory Bound. When we get to Heavens Gates, we will both understand that we both saw through glass darkly concerning this matter. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you. GB |
