Bible Question:
Prazn, I encourage you to keep your vigilence and your diligence. Your postings are a relief from the usual. Praise God in the name of Jesus! This psalm is a favorite partially because it does delineate the blessings given by the word of God. Along with reading, knowing, and doing, we must also accept these things. Do you see a parallel between this psalm and discipleship to Jesus Christ? |
Bible Answer: Thanks for the encouragement, Popdzl. It is not possible to follow Christ (the Word made flesh) and not study the Bible, because Jesus says: John 15:7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. John 15:8 "My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples. John 15:9 "Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. John 15:10 "If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love. Stay blessed! |
