Bible Answer: Greetings Superman! Good question, and you are welcome! Here is something else that could better explain "hemmed in with turmoil".. "3:25,26 the thing I greatly feared. Not a particular thing but a generic classification of suffering. The very worst fear that anyone could have was coming to pass in Job's life, and he is experiencing severe anxiety, fearing more." (1) I believe that MacArthur gives us a little more depth to these verses..
