Bible Question:
Lionstrong, What does God say in 38:1-41:34? Didn't God lay into His servant? Job saw his problem and answered in chapter 42. |
Bible Answer: Dear Searcher, In his laying in to Job God did not accuse him of charging God foolishly. Job did not charge God foolishly. This was not his sin. His sin is identified by Elihu in chapter 32 and following. Otherwise, what Job said about God, in contrast to what his friends said, was right by God’s own testimony. (42:7) Peace, |
