Bible Question (short): Is Neh 8:18 Oct 15, 445? How figured?

Question (full): Someone please try to help me on this ceklendar dating question regarding Nehemiah (and perhaos other pasages in general that list a specific date with Henrew day and month in the OT). It is very important to me in continuing some work I am doing on Bible prophecy and the celendars of the Bible:

I noticed on the Biblegateway.com website that that they have very specific dates in out GregoriZAn calendar for the Book of Nehemiah. IE and perhaps the most important example to me is that theu have oct 15, 445 Bc for Nehemaiah 8:18 (the 8th Day of tebernacles in 445 BC). How is this date converted / arrived at and can we know for certain that it is very accurate?
