Bible Answer: Fasting is a spiritual exercise to subject our body to christ. It needn't be just going on a food fast...what i mean is that if you deprive any thing that the flesh wants then it is a fast by itself. By doing so, your you can subject your fleshly desires to Christ and move closer to fellowship with Him. |
