Bible Question: What does the writer of Hebrews mean when he says that Moses preferred the "reproch of Christ to the riches of Egypt. |
Bible Answer: Moses preferred to be reproached for Christ, knowing that his reward was greater, than the reward Egypt could give him, therefore he chose eternal reward rather than temporal.( It doesnt mean that God doesnt provide for u temporal,He does, but if u had to make a choice which would u choose? Moses had to choose between the two, and he wisely choose to be reproached) Would we choose the same? Help us LORD. |
