Subject: Mark what is driving you? |
Bible Note: Nolan, um, the last part sounds a little like what we used to call "Prayer-Preaching". So I now throw in the 2nd penny of my 2 cents worth. A question was asked regarding a dream. An interpretation was given, and angry rejection of dreams being from God was given (or at least 99percent), a middle ground set of questions was asked, and a fear of someone being unduely influenced was penned. Very interesting. So we find dreams and interpretations having a Biblical basis, yet we don't know how to respond to one that appears before us. I must then ask, do we seek the scriptures so as to apply them to our lives? Or is it merely the aquisition of knowledge ("Knowledge puffs up, but Love edifies"). Are there many of you who have no belief in a personal devil...and a bunch of them, for that matter? And what of a Personal God who speaks to us and communicates with us ("for my sheep know My voice")? Maybe these questions have be "around the block" before I came, so I ask them at the risk...of nothing. Blessings! |
