Bible Question (short): During Rebuilding of the temple |
Question (full): Ezra starts out explaining the decree of Cyrus to rebuild the temple after the exiled Israelites return from exile. It talks of trouble stirring and when Darius is in "office" he says the Israelites can go ahead and continue building. Then Xerxes and Artexerses is mentioned, THEN Darius, and it seems under his 6th year the temple is finished but I don't know, I am dumber than a rock I guess. Who can help me just get in proper order all the kings and all their decrees through the entire process of the rebuilding the temple up to its completion? I would greatly appreciate help. Thank you so much. |
