Bible Question:
My mother-in-law died recently and my wife asked me if we would see and recognize her after we die and go to be with God. I tried to think of an answer using the bible as a reference. I could not think of a reference from the old or new testament. Can somebody help me with this? Along the same line if we do recognize family, how about friends or people we have met while in this world? To make this a little more complex, at what stage in our lives would we recognize one another - as children, adults or at a senior age? Thank you. |
Bible Answer: We will be different in the heavn. The relationship will be only as in brothers and sisters. In other way, your children will also be your brothers/sisters in heavn. There is no need to get puzzled about how God is going to prepare you to see you love ones. By then, everyone will be happy in heavn. Come to think of it, there are millions of millions of saved souls. If we use our worldy mind to imagine what heavns will be, we would then ask another question, ... how do we find them?.... Answer is, we don't have to .. by then, we will all know... God Bless. Romans 12:4, 5 |
